President Trump Invites Families of Injured Guard Members to the White House
President Donald Trump stated on the weekend that he has extended an invitation the loved ones of a National Guard member killed last week to visit the presidential home.
He mentioned that he conversed with her parents and they were “deeply grieving”.

Specialist Beckstrom, 20, was lost her life in a shooting on Wednesday in DC.

Community members assembled over the past few days at Webster County high school in the state to remember Sarah.
Both the soldiers had been fulfilling duties with the state guard as part of Trump’s government program to assist law enforcement in DC.

“She was the type of pupil that educators wished for. She carried herself with inner fortitude, a contagious smile and a optimistic attitude that encouraged people around her,” the principal, the head of her previous school, stated to the press. “She was sweet, considerate and always willing to assist people.”
Funeral plans for Beckstrom are yet to be finalized.

Authorities have charged a 29-year-old individual from Afghanistan with a charge of homicide and two counts of assault with intent to kill while carrying a weapon.
